Our Queens Park project is a major refurbishment, extension and reconfiguration, including a new basement and loft in north west London.

Our clients asked that their home to be a ‘window onto the world.’ As a result, we worked hard to establish strong visual and physical links to out to their beautifully landscaped garden.

Critical to the project’s success was creating much needed additional floor space at basement level that was as light and bright as the upper levels of the property. The basement floor is designed around a front and rear courtyard which ensures all rooms have direct access to the outdoors.

Original features of the late Victorian property where refurbished while new finishes and materials celebrate our client’s vibrant aesthetic. The result is a harmonious and complimentary marriage of old and new within a warm and welcoming home.
